* For a 30cm diameter baking tray
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for at least ten minutes

Separate egg whites and the yolks

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt until stiff

Combine egg yorks with sugar, cinnamon, butter and milk.
Whisk until foamy.

Fold in beaten egg whites carefully

Spread mixture onto greased baking tray. Spread evenly.

(Peel) apples, cut into wedges (8pieces). Distribute evenly on
dough

Put into preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare crumble: Combine flower, sugar and butter
(butter needs to be cool)

Take out cake from oven. Distribute crumbles over apples and almonds over crumbles

Put back to oven for another 25-30minutes

Let cool off for min. 30 minutes

Enjoy with whipping cream or vanilla ice cream
